What if I'm Not Satisfied With the Program?
Look over the tour to get a detailed view of the program before purchasing. Let us know of any questions you may still have that the tour does not answer. How long does Wisdom of Learning keep track of my entered information and worksheets?
Wisdom of Learning will keep all the information you put into our system for as long as your account is active and your subscription paid. Should you want us to clear all your information, simply Contact Us.
What software do I need to access the program?
All you need is an up-to-date web browser, regardless of your operating system. Wisdom of Learning has been currently fully tested and supports Internet Explorer 7+, FireFox 3.5+, Chrome 11 and Safari 5.1+. You should ensure that your browser has cookies and JavaScript enabled for full functionality of the website. To view the videos/audios, you will either need the latest version of Adobe Flash or a fully HTML5-compliant browser. To open some of the worksheets you may need a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat.
Your registration form is telling me my username/password/email are incorrect.
Your username cannot contain any special characters (only letters) and must be unique; if another user already exists by the given name you will need to choose a different username. Your password must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one character and one number. Finally, your email must be in the standard format of xxx@xxx.xxx

What is the secret question and answer?
If you forget your password and attempt to reset it, you will be shown your secret question and will have to provide the answer. If your answer is correct, we will reset your password and send you a new one to the email you specified at registration.
